You might notice that the "About" section is no longer visible on YouTube; it used to be located near the Channel section tab. Despite my attempts to address the missing "About" button on my YouTube channel, none of the solutions seem to work. It seems YouTube is focusing on organizing core video-related content within tabs, similar to the channels and home sections.
The "About" section of YouTube channels shows the total number of viewers and subscribers, the channel's creation date, descriptions, and the total number of videos.
It can be quite frustrating when you can't access the "About" section of your YouTube channel. If you're facing this issue, don't worry—ourtechroom is here to assist you.
Solution 1
- First, go to the home page of any YouTube channel. For the demonstration, I am going to my YouTube channel.
- Simply click on the arrow icon next to the YouTube channel description.

Solution 2
If you do not get any arrow icon then in the url just concat "/about" and press Enter. This will open about section of that particular YouTube channel in the popup.
